Rescue service is normally limited to 1 rescue per day assuming you are an independent kiter, able to ride up wind. Local charges may apply for extra rescues.

You don’t need to be super-fit to kitesurf and the kit is lightweight, so you don’t need lots of muscle strength either. But of course, a decent level of fitness will help you to progress faster. Foiling equipment rental is offered to proficient riders, with the ability to ride both directions upwind and can handle choppy conditions and small waves. IKO level 3 or equivalent. Must have had at least 1-year experience operating a Kite. They must understand the right of way rules and safe distances.

For anyone who has never tried windsurfing before, during this windsurf course, you will learn the very basics of Windsurfing. This includes how to lift the sail up from the water to your first rides in both directions. Semi-private lessons include only two people and ensure fast progression.

Your course includes board, sail, wetsuit, life jacket and insurance.

• In the case of no wind, most centers will allow you to use other sports equipment, such as: SUP and Surf boards.
